This event explores the real-word issue facing institutional investors worldwide – how to evaluate the total performance of sustainable investment strategies. Taking place at the New York Stock Exchange in collaboration with the CFA Institute and the Principles for Responsible Investment supported by the United Nations, the event will provide a forum in New York to discuss the most recent developments in the performance measurement and evaluation of ESG investment strategies, from the perspectives of asset owners, asset managers, investment consultants and benchmark providers. The field of ESG investment performance analysis and evaluation is expanding well beyond the scope of traditional measures of “risk” and “return”. The areas of discussion will include, among others: what are suitable metrics for ESG performance, how can ESG criteria be incorporated into factor investing and credit analysis, ESG benchmark construction and selection, how to customize investment performance reports and GIPS compliant presentations for ESG strategies.
Portfolio managers, investment analysts, performance analysts, allocators, asset owners, business development profession who are interested in ESG investment strategies.
