Biography

Constance E. Melrose has been managing director of eFinancialCareers North America since January 2010, and vice president, treasury for Dice Holdings, Inc. since 2003. Melrose has operating responsibility for eFinancialCareers North America, as well as for investment management, bank and credit relations and related corporate finance activities. Having joined the company in March 1999, Melrose most recently led the strategic planning and corporate development functions and, earlier, investor relations. Melrose has over 20 years combined experience in our industry and the securities industry, encompassing corporate development, corporate finance, strategy and investor relations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Princeton University and an MBA in finance and accounting from The Wharton School.
