NYSSA welcomes Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev to discuss his very insightful perspectives on business and the business of life.
Vasudev’s vision and understanding of modern social and economic issues have led to interviews with BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNNfn, and Newsweek International. A well-known public figure, he regularly draws crowds of more than 300,000 people for his public talks. Vasudev has spoken at some of the world’s most prominent international leadership forums. These have included four panels at the World Economic Forum, speaking on issues ranging from diplomacy and economic development, to education and the environment. He has addressed the World Tallberg Forum in Sweden, served as a delegate to the United Nations Millenium Peace Summit and the World Peace Conference, and he has spoken at leadership forums for executives and business leaders around the world.

Sadhguru has spoken at some of the world’s most prominent international leadership forums and at leadership forums for executives and business leaders around the world. In 2012, he was voted among the 50 most powerful people by India Today Magazine for his contribution in the field of environmental protection and for encouraging public participation in ecological issues. He was also a participant in the 2006 documentary film ONE: The Movie and he has been a guest speaker for TED Talks India. His astute and incisive grasp of current issues and world affairs, as well as his personal approach to the question of human well-being have universally impressed listeners across the globe. Sadhguru established Isha Foundation, a non-religious, nonprofit organization entirely run by volunteers. He also founded Project GreenHands , a grassroots ecological initiative which was awarded the highest Indian environmental award, the Indira Gandhi Paryavaran Puraskar, by the government of India in June 2010.
