Multicultural Outreach

The multicultural Outreach Program was started in 2004 by then Career Development Committee members Gary Ross, Lehman Brothers, and Neal Zephyrin, Credit Industriel Et Commerciel, to educate high-school students about the role of capital markets and helps them start careers on Wall Street. The target high schools are academically rigorous schools in New York City with large populations of minorities that are underrepresented on Wall Street.
