Interview Inquiries
If you are interested in speaking with NYSSA members or staff for
your article, please email press@nyssa.org from a company email
address with your contact information, a brief description of the
article and what you’d like to discuss. Please note that we do not
under any circumstances divulge our members’ information. We will
send an email to our member committees on your behalf so that interested
members can contact you at their own discretion. NYSSA reserves the
right to refuse an inquiry.
Attending NYSSA Programs
Reporters, editors, or producers from news media organizations,
may attend select NYSSA programs and seminars at no charge. Here’s
how you can inquire about attending NYSSA programs:
Via email (preferred method): Email press@nyssa.orgfrom a company email
address with the subject line “Press Attendee Request: [Event
Name]”. Please indicate the event that you’d like to attend,
your reason for attending, and be sure to include your signature with
complete contact information. Note: We will not accept any press
inquiries from non-business email addresses (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail,
Hotmail).
Via phone: Call Shauntay Jones, Communications
Manager at (646) 871-3423. You will be asked to fax or email
authentication of your press status.
If press members are allowed at the event, we will confirm your
status as a journalist and send you an email confirmation of your
registration. Note: Attendance at an event is subject to space
availability. NYSSA reserves the right to deny access to any event.
Photography
NYSSA does not allow press photography at its events unless otherwise
specified.
Graphic Resources
We will be pleased to send you an electronic version of the NYSSA
logo for your approved use. Please contact Shauntay Jones,
