Who Needs to Log In?
Certain pages throughout the NYSSA website require users to enter a
username and password. Some of these pages are accessible
only by NYSSA members, other pages are accessible only by
registered users and members. For the best user experience, NYSSA
recommends that all members and registered users log in as soon
as he/she arrives on the NYSSA website.

How to Log In
All registered users may log in at any time from the log in |
log out form in the top right corner of the home page,
or from the log in | log out form on the bottom
left section of all other pages on the site. Once a user is
logged in, they will have seamless access to all pages they are
authorized to see.

How to Log Out
If you would like to log out, you may do so by clicking here. This
will disable your access to any members-only content. It is important to
log out if you are using a computer shared by multiple users, or if
others have access to your computer. Once you log out, you will need to
log in again before accessing certain pages on the website.

Need a Username and Password?
If you are a NYSSA member, your default username and password were
mailed to you in your welcome letter. The default username for a
NYSSA members is their member number (eg. 111441)
and the password is the member number with an
“a” at the end (eg. 111441a). If you do not know your
member number or are experiencing problems logging in, please email webaccess@nyssa.org or call
212-541-4530.

Have a Username and Password but Have Forgotten Them?
If you have forgotten your username and password, click here to reset your
password. You’ll need to enter the email address that
you provided to NYSSA. If that email is no longer active, contact
us at webaccess@nyssa.org or
call 212-541-4530.

Want to Customize Your Username and Password?
All users (members and registered users) may customize their
usernames and passwords. Once logged in, visit Update Your
Record and click
the “security” button.

Trouble logging in?
Please click here for help. Include in
your message your name, log in ID and a number where we can reach you
during regular business hours. Someone will contact you within 1
business day.
