Advanced Financial Modeling Using Excel

Build a fully integrated financial statement projection model with income statement projections, self-balancing balance sheet, automated cash flow statement, balancing cash flow statement, and balancing cash flow sweep/debt schedule.  Learn how to auto balance the model without plugs, integrate the model via interest, and control for circular references as well as best practices.  Leave the classroom with a fully constructed model that can be customized and applied to other companies. Bring your PC laptop with Microsoft Excel installed and a CD-ROM drive. Mac applications may not be as effective.

Prerequisite: Knowledge of basic accounting ratios and a fundamental understanding of how the major financial statements are interrelated is necessary. Intermediate proficiency using Excel and a solid grasp of basic accounting fundamentals are required.
