Laura Smith Dunaief is a principal at LASD Resource
Development, a consultancy that provides training and leadership
development programs to corporations and non-profits, and career
transition skills workshops and coaching to individuals and groups.
Prior to starting her consultancy in 2003, Dunaief had twenty
years’ experience as a manager and director for sales and service
organizations in the financial services arena. Her corporate clients
include many international private banks and investment banks. She also
serves on the faculty of the American Management Association and the New
York Institute of Finance, and she is a member of Advisory Board for the
CLO Institute. She is active in professional organizations and is a
current member of the Financial Women’s Association, where she
serves on the Career Connections committee and as a student mentor.

in The Times Beacon Record Newspapers.
