COURSE
DESCRIPTION

Build upon basic accounting and financial statement concepts to identify and analyze the key components of a 10K SEC filing. Focus is on the management discussion and analysis and financial condition and results, with an emphasis on identifying the critical information disclosed within the countless footnotes. To reinforce the concepts learned, the instructor will compare and contrast a handful of 10Ks, and breakout sessions will allow you to analyze the filings and present the results.
