DESCRIPTION

This workshop will help you build upon basic accounting and financial statement concepts to identify and analyze the key components of a 10K SEC filing. You will focus on the management discussion and analysis and financial condition and results, with an emphasis on identifying the critical information disclosed within the countless footnotes. To reinforce the concepts learned, the instructor will compare and contrast a handful of different 10Ks, and there will be breakout sessions in which you will analyze the filings and present the results.
