Biography

Kathleen A. Graham, principal of HQ Search and HQ Seminars, has been reading and rewriting resumes for over 15 years as an executive search recruiter. Now as a career strategist, she writes financial books and articles, conducts compensation studies, and delivers seminars on improving human capital performance in the financial services field. A frequently requested speaker, she has presented to the CFA Society of Chicago, the Boston Security Analyst Society, and the CFA Society of Washington, D.C.  She has an MBA in finance, analytic finance, and econometrics and statistics from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
