Financial Modeling—Core Model

Increase your efficiency in Excel and learn best practices of model building. Build a fully integrated financial statement projection model with income statement projections, self-balancing balance sheet, automated cash flow statement, and the balancing debt sweep schedule. Expand your knowledge on how to auto balance the model without plugs, integrate the model via interest and control for circular references. Leave with a fully constructed model that can be customized and applied to other companies.

Prerequisites: Proficiency using Excel, knowledge of basic accounting ratios, and an understanding of how the major financial statements are interrelated.
Note: Bring your PC laptop with Microsoft Excel installed and a CD-ROM drive. Mac applications may not be as effective.
