How to Analyze a 10-K

Build upon basic accounting and financial statement concepts to identify and analyze the key components of a 10-K SEC filing. Focus on the management discussion and analysis and financial condition and results, with an emphasis on identifying the critical information disclosed within the countless footnotes. Work in small groups to compare and contrast different 10-Ks, then analyze and present results. Feedback, interaction and hands-on projects will reinforce the concepts and hard skills.
