NYSSA’s Career Development Committee presents

Friday Career Coffees: Land a Job Through Building Your Personal Brand

A successful career management strategy includes a regular audit of what we can call your “personal brand,” which also includes your “online identity.” Surveys have shown that more than 70% of recruiters “Google” the candidates before an interview. Your personal brand is how you are known—it differentiates what is unique about you. Understanding and managing your personal brand is critical, whether you are climbing the corporate ladder, looking for a new ladder to climb, or if you are concerned you’ve fallen down a rung or two.

Join Alisa Cohn and Barbara Safani for a Friday career coffee. Cohn has twenty years of corporate and coaching experience all over the world. Her topic will be “Managing Your Personal Brand.” Barbara Safani, owner of Career Solvers, has over twelve years of experience in career management, recruiting, and executive coaching. She will talk about how to “Build Your Personal Brand Online and Offline.”
