How to Analyze a 10(k)

Participants gain greater understanding of accounting and financial statement concepts to identify and analyze the key components of a 10(k) SEC filing. Learn how to become more efficient by focusing on the management discussion, financial condition, and results, with an emphasis on identifying the critical information disclosed within the countless footnotes. Participants work in small groups to compare and contrast several 10(k)s, then analyze and present the results.  Feedback and interaction build upon the hard skills learning of the program.
