Discounted Cash Flow Analysis

Valuation represents the heart of the investment banking and corporate finance skill set. Gain a thorough understanding of discounted cash flow analysis by building a complete model. Work with unlevered and levered free cash flows. Analyze and interpret the applications of traditional methodologies. Develop projected free cash flow models to compute the weighted average cost of capital (WACC), calculate the value of options using intrinsic and treasury models, and work with the major approaches to calculate terminal value. Conclude with discounted cash flow practice applications using data tables to analyze a broad range of market scenarios with different assumptions.

Note: Bring your PC laptop with Microsoft Excel installed and a CD-ROM drive. Mac applications may not be as effective.
